2.5 yrs old Cayden

Now Cayden already 2.5yrs old. He is getting more and more mischevious but he talks alot and learns fast too! That is a good sign!

Happy that he is learning well now. People around me are telling me that since Cayden is already 2.5 yrs it time to have another sibling but i am hesitant about it. Besides the taking care part and also the high living standard in Singapore.

I shall ponder further before i make any decision. I enjoy the life right now although Cayden is mischevious but when he is not, he is very adorable and knows how to make you happy.

Happy to have Cayden as my son. Now, just hope that he grows up soon and know how to take care of himself.

HAPPY CHINESE NEW YEAR

How times flies. Now is already February of year 2011 and the chinese new year celebration will be over in a week's time (Lunar 15th).

Went to Malaysia for chinese new year as my hubby's hometown is in Ipoh, Perak. Basically is rest and relax aka "boring period" for me as it is difficult to travel around there since there is a need to drive a car. It is not like singapore where you can travel by public transport but over there, basically is driving on your own to get to the place you want.

At least for now, nothing much happen to me for the year 2011. It is very routine day for me.

3. Pick Cayden Up from Childcare
4. Have Dinner with Cayden
5. Watch TV program / Play with Cayden
6. To Bed.

Recently i have thoughts of doing baking. Maybe, it is inspired by my friend, Tracy. She has her own oven and she did alot of baking. She talks about it on her blog and sharing her recipes. She even made for flea market events. If you want to know more, visit her blog.

Maybe i shall ask her to compile her recipes and send me a copy. haha. This have to wait till i get my baking oven first or maybe we can join venture to do business on the bake products. Hmm, shall talk to her.

23 Months Old Cayden

Today, Cayden is 23 months old. How times flies. In another month, he will be 2 years Old. Although he still cant speak in sentance but i am happy that he is able to follow what you say when you teach him. Basically he will follow what you say as long he think that he knows how to pronounce. Moreover, he is able to do the task when you task him to do.

Some of the words that he is very good are basically "Ah Ma" which is my mum, the primary caregiver, "Mummy", "Daddy", "Ah Yee", my youngest sister, "Ah Mei", another younger sister. He also know "I am", "Bear","Dog", "Mao" as in Cat, Horse in both english and mandarin. Somehow, some of the words such as car, he will pronounce without the "c" and fish in which his mouth is not wide open so only can hear the sound.

Although he is not able to speak in sentance, but i am still proud of him!!!

Bad Luck @ Home

Both my mum and dad fell and hurt themselves. My mum fractured her hand/wrist. Going for a check up next week. As for my dad, fell down few days after my mum. He hurt his head. No stitches but was asked to stay in hospital for 8 hours for observation. He had since discharged, was given 5 days MCs.

Hope both of them recover soon!!!

Tioman Island Trip

Last weekend, i went to Tioman Island with kin mun and some friends. Total 9 of us. It is a tiring but fun trip. Tiring because journey very long, Fun is because it is my first time doing snorkeling. On the first day, we did snorkeling near to our resort. On the second day, It was raining heavily in the morning and we finally got to go out in the afternoon. We went to Rengis Island for deep sea snorkeling. It is so much beautiful than those near to our resort. Here are some of the pictures.

Mother's Day

This coming Sunday is Mother's Day!! I wish all mothers in this whole universe a HAPPY MOTHER'S DAY!!.

This year, i didnt get any mother's day gift (but customised a mystery gift for her as a separate gift) for my mum. The gift kin mun and myself presented to my mum is a trip to Gold Coast with Cayden and my youngest sister, Nicole in Sept. This trip for my mum is also an appreciation for my mum for helping me to look after Cayden despite her health is not as good as few years back. Thanks Mother!!!


As for my mother in law, Kin Mun is still deciding on the choices i given to him. Now is waiting for him to make decision. Let's wait and see.
